I have been...I completely agree with that article. I have been so disappointed with many of the Chinese restaurants that I have gone to in the last few years. I always think to myself, "My family cooks better than this." And I feel disappointed in the way that Chinese cuisine is represented in the U.S. I'm glad that the Zagats came out to identify this discrepancy in food quality.
